Subscriptions & Memberships

Subscription cancellations prevent future renewals but do not retroactively refund previously provided access, shipped products, or completed subscription periods.

Refunds & Cancellations
Print Issues
Orders may be canceled and refunded prior to shipment.
Once an issue has shipped, sales are considered final.
If a publication arrives damaged or if a fulfillment error occurs, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make reasonable efforts to replace the item.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time to prevent future renewals.
Subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable.
Any issues or benefits already provided during the subscription term remain active through the end of the purchased period.
Digital Products & Membership Access
Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, digital products, archive access, memberships, downloads, and related digital offerings are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing purchased content, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary based on location, carrier delays, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
