300-hour and 500-hour Inner Power Yoga® Graduates are eligible to apply for membership into our Inner Power Yoga® Certification program. These graduates demonstrate a deep commitment to the practice, a heartfelt connection to the dance of spanda, precise awareness of alignment considerations, creativity in leadership, and an inspired personal interpretation of the unique teachings of Inner Power Yoga®
