Yoga is a movement toward integration of the “other.”
It calls for relationship that honors each person as an expression of one universal consciousness. That one consciousness desires to know itself—to witness itself through your eyes. In this way two people may become for each other effective mirrors for awakening. Together we can celebrate (rather than fear) the experience of “otherness.”
We can gather up all of our divisive projections, and finally see our selves as whole.

This is the dawning of a new yoga, beyond the confines of East or West. The new focal center of consciousness will be found in relationship—a Love beyond all opposites–the awareness of universal sacredness that vibrates within each of us, as individuals, and throughout the world. Instead of projecting this higher Love as an other-worldly ideal, it must be realized within the natural human experience. Balanced unity, the reality of One Love, is dynamically alive—living as each of us.

The Autumn Equinox practice is an embodied ritual that facilitates the recovery of sacred relationship, through the development of mythic consciousness and embodied ritual. It is a meditation to share with an "other" person—a partner, family member, or friend. Enjoy,
